Virtus facilitated the sale of an off-market hotel portfolio worth $83,000,000.00. Virtus represented PMHS Hotel Group from Washington, DC as the purchaser of the Omni Hotel in Philadelphia and the Crown Plaza and Fairfeild Inn, both located at the King of Prussia Mall. Virtus was the only broker involved with this transaction.
