Jeffrey Gannett
B. Jeffrey Gannett, Partner, began working with Virtus Realty Advisors in 2010. Mr. Gannett oversees the leasing of commercial and retail properties for The Buccini Pollin Group’s Delaware portfolio. In his 14 years working with BPG, Mr. Gannett has facilitated over $550 million in transactions including leases with AstraZeneca, Comcast, Wilmington Trust, Nemours Hospital, and Wilmington University.
Prior to joining Virtus Realty Advisors, Mr. Gannett was an Associate with Binswanger specializing in tenant and landlord representation in the Philadelphia suburban markets. Mr. Gannett received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed Broker in Delaware and licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania.
Katherine Vaughan
Katherine Vaughan, Leasing Associate & Space Planner, began working with Virtus Realty Advisors in 2021. Kate assists with commercial and retail leasing, property marketing, and space planning.
Prior to joining Virtus Realty Advisors, Kate was a Project Designer with The Buccini/Polling Group specializing in tenant fit-outs and building upgrades within the residential and commercial portfolios. Kate received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and her Master of Science degree in Interior Architecture & Design from Drexel University. She is currently working towards obtaining her Salesperson license in Delaware.
