Virtus Reality Advisors Featured on Delaware Online: Hatzel & Buehler to Move to Delaware Corporate Center (2017)

Hatzel & Buehler, the nation's oldest electrical contracting firm, is relocating to the Delaware Corporate Center in Talleyville.

Established in 1884, Hatzel & Buehler currently occupies about 4,000 square feet at 2093 Philadelphia Pike in Claymont. Hatzel & Buehler own their Claymont facility and are currently marketing it for sale, according to an announcement from PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate, a Philadelphia-based broker. 

A rental price was not disclosed. 

Upon relocating to 1 Righter Parkway in the Delaware Corporate Center, Hatzel & Buehler will occupy about 8,076 square feet. The company will be located on the first floor of a structure that was built in 1987 on an 8-acre site along U.S. 202.

Power Home Remodeling Group (2015)

Virtus represented both the Landlord and the Tenant in the expansion of Power Home Remodeling Group at the Wharf at Rivertown in Chester, PA.  Virtus had located the company in the Wharf in 2010 for over 56,000 sf and in 2015 expanded the company to 104,661 SF and extended the lease term.  Total transaction value on this lease was in excess of $25,000,000.00.
