Virtus represented RexMedical in a expansion and extension of their lease at Spring Mill Corporate Center in Conshohocken, PA. RexMedical, who occupied 3,660 sf, was in need of upgraded offices and lab space. Virtus negotiated a lease for 9,141 sf which included a full build out and an under-market rent stream. The total value of this transaction was over $1.3 million dollars.
