Virtus secured 4 deals over the past 12 months to bring Baldwin Tower in Eddystone, Pa to 85% occupied. These four transactions included the expansion and renewal of Matrix SME for 33,024 RSF, a 10 year lease with Reliant Senior Care Management for 24,236 sf, a 7 years lease with Grossinger Neuro Pain for 8,282 SF and a 3 year lease with Vitteta Architects. All four deals had a total lease value of $10,377,703. From 2013 to 2014 the occupancy rate of Baldwin Tower increased over 20%.
