Since 2010 Virtus has been solely responsible for the leasing efforts of Buccini/Pollin’s entire Tri-State (PA/DE/MD) office portfolio, which consists of over 3 million square feet of office space. Virtus represented RexMedical in a expansion and extension of their lease at Spring Mill Corporate Center in Conshohocken, PA.   RexMedical, who occupied 3,660 sf, was in need of upgraded offices and lab space.  Virtus negotiated a lease for 9,141 sf which included a full build out and an under-market rent stream.  The total value of this transaction was over $1.3 million dollars.
