Since 2010 Virtus has been solely responsible for the leasing efforts of Buccini/Pollin’s entire Tri-State (PA/DE/MD) office portfolio, which consists of over 3 million square feet of office space. Virtus renewed Transunion at Baldwin Place in Eddystone, PA for an additional five year term, giving this asset a 100% occupancy rate for the next 10 years.  Total lease value of this transaction was $7,000,000.
