311 New Rodgers Road (2012)


Virtus represented the landlord in both the leasing and the sale of 311 New Rodgers Road in Levittown, PA.  After obtaining the listing on the 90,000 sf building in early 2011, Virtus executed three leases in 12 months bringing the occupancy rate from 38% to 100%. Soon after fully leasing the property Virtus secured a buyer for the site at a price of $11,000,000.  Virtus’ efforts throughout the entire process included: securing three tenant’s, negotiating all leases, obtaining the buyer, negotiating the agreement on sale, working with the buyer through the due diligence period, and working with local government to obtain all approvals needed for closing.
